Invite team members, manage workspaces, and switch between multiple Instagram accounts.

Team and Workspaces
A workspace is a self-contained Botyoo environment with its own Instagram connection, automations, contacts, inbox, and analytics. Use one workspace per Instagram account.
Why workspaces
If you manage multiple Instagram accounts, say, three client brands or a personal account plus your business, each gets a separate workspace. Data, automations, and analytics stay isolated.
How many workspaces can I have?

Creating a workspace
- Click the workspace pill at the top of the sidebar
- Choose + Create workspace
- Name it (e.g. “Client A, Studio”)
- Click Create
The new workspace starts empty. Connect Instagram in the Integration page to set it up.
Switching workspaces
The workspace pill opens a dropdown listing every workspace you belong to. Click one to switch instantly.
Inviting team members
- Open Settings → Workspace
- Enter the member’s email in Invite member
- Click Invite
The member receives a one-click invite link by email. If they’re already logged into Botyoo, they join the workspace instantly with no extra steps.
Roles
| Role | Can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Everything, including billing, Instagram connection, removing members |
| Member | Everything except billing, Instagram connection changes, removing members |
Granular per-permission roles aren’t supported yet. Per-workspace permissions keep most teams safe.
Removing a member
Only the Owner can. Settings → Workspace → find the member and click Remove. Access is revoked immediately.
Moving automations between workspaces
Workspaces are isolated, so you can’t move an automation directly. To replicate one in a different workspace, screenshot the configuration in the source workspace and rebuild it in the target.
Deleting a workspace
The Owner can delete a workspace from the workspace switcher dropdown. Deletion is permanent, all contacts, conversations, and automations in that workspace are removed.
