Botyoo includes AI features for replies and supports MCP (Model Context Protocol) for connecting AI assistants like Claude directly to your workspace.
AI features in Botyoo
The Flow Builder has an AI step category. Auto Reply on Instant Automations supports rotating reply variations so public comment responses don’t look identical across commenters. Full conversational AI agents, the kind that hold open-ended DM conversations on your behalf, are an active area of development.
What is MCP?
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard for connecting AI assistants to external tools. Botyoo’s MCP integration lets Claude (or any MCP-capable client) read your Botyoo data and control your automations through natural language.
What can Claude do with my workspace?
With an API key connected, Claude can:
- Read your contacts and folders
- Send DM campaigns to filtered audiences
- Create and edit automations
- Inspect Inbox conversations
- Generate copy for new flows
For example: “Claude, send a DM campaign about the flash sale to my Supporters folder.”
Getting started
- Go to API Keys and generate a key
- Add the key to your Claude or MCP client configuration
- Try a simple read command first (“List my workspaces”) to confirm the connection
Why this matters
Most Instagram DM tools treat AI as a built-in feature you can’t extend. Botyoo’s MCP exposure makes the workspace itself controllable by any AI client you choose, your assistant, your prompts, your model. The same workspace can be driven from the Botyoo dashboard, from Claude, or from a custom integration.
